Week 2
This week our H.C.’s explained that we are stepping up as Chassidim STEP UP AND GROW!
Sunday we focused on being the Rebbes Shluchim and we got to travel around the world in one day. We went from America to Japan to Australia, and danced right over to Russia to visit my grandsock….. And then we had a grand banquet where all the shluchims’ socks with all the runs and holes gathered together to give us the Kochois to keep on running.
We stepped into Monday all ready to learn about the Rebbes ten Mivtzaim. They got us running around camp to find the next mitzvah. Woooooohoooo!!!! I and my pair jumped right out of our shoes. Oh!!! Can’t believe I forgot to tell you about the best part of camp - the lake!! It’s the most beautiful place in the whole camp and we have these amazing things to play with. There is a trampoline, canoes, paddle boats …. Swimming in the lake is such fun.
On Tuesday we boarded the buses to splish and splash in a water park. Guess what? Even I got to jump off the rope into the pool! There was steamy Jacuzzi’s and big slides. We had an awesome time!
Wednesday rocked all socks. It was mock wedding! The chuppah was quit an emotional event, but don’t worry we made up for it when dancing came along. The music was rocking and leibadick. Best wedding I’ve ever danced at!!!!!!
Thursday we went on the most fantastic trip ever! Camp Leah Rivka is the best. I could not believe they rented this big water park. I jumped into the lake with full enthusiasm. We were allowed to swim or boat to a water fall, and stand underneath it. The waterfall pounded on our backs. I got a great sock cleaning more than a washer machine ever did for me! We played volleyball, and even got to use the biggest water slides I’ve ever seen. When we finally came home a delicious BBQ was waiting for us!
Friday was wacky water day. We had a huge water fight with super soakers. We detailed washed the directors car and made it look brand new. Oh I got to run, Shabbos is coming soon. I’ve got to sew the holes in my socks.
CAN’T WAIT TO SEE MAMA AND PAPA SOCKS ON SUNDAY!

Overheard
1. Camper : R` Lipszyc can we go back to the waterpack.
R`: You know we rented out this water park a long time ago and it might not be available again this month.
Camper: Well they say about you, that you can get whatever you want.
2. Camper: Lifeguard if we continue boating to the other side will we get to America.
3. Camper: You know we are making history....we are going to be in our grandchildren’s history books.
4. Camper: What do they call American cheese in Canada? Canadian cheese?
5. H.C.`s : Good Shabbos campers we are going to bed!
Camper: where is your bed?
H.C.`s : In the other side of the hallway.
Camper: oh we thought it was in your office
